Key terms

Event
One fundraising event: its donations, fundraisers, settings and graphics. You can keep several events on the computer and switch between them with the picker at the top of the dashboard.
Setup wizard
An 8-step path from creating the event and the license to the canvas on the screen. Opens from "✦ Setup wizard" in the top bar.
Dashboard
The app's management screen. It opens in the computer's browser and is divided into areas: Live control, Donations, Fundraisers, Display & outputs, LED screen, Client report, Backup & restore and Event settings.
Fundraiser
Someone who sends donations from their phone, with a personal link. At a pledge-drive event, each entry is the fundraiser's pledge to raise an amount.
Rehearsal mode
Test donations that show on screen but don't count toward the total or the reports.
Canvas
The LED screen graphics, with boxes that fill with data, sent as an NDI source. An event can have several canvases, and one of them is "on air".
Language and currency
The app language (Hebrew or English) is set in General settings. For each event you choose an audience language – for the display screen, the intake form and the client report – and a currency: ₪, $, € or £.
